Spatial Statistics script tools fail when a system tool, that is used by the script tool, is copied into a custom toolbox in the ArcToolbox window.

Workaround

There are a few options:1. Remove the custom toolbox from the ArcToolbox window.2. Remove the system tool from the custom toolbox.3. Modify the script for the tool to include the appropriate toolbox suffix for the tool that is called.
