This is drone imagery. The camera information and Exif tags are read by Ortho Workflows, for example Ortho Mapping in ArcGIS Pro. (This requires the Advanced license) Use the Ortho Mapping suite to bring these types of images into ArcGIS Pro. Refer to the following link, https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/imagery/create-an-ortho-mapping-workspace-from-drone-imagery.htm.Workaround
Georeference the TIFF files manually.
