Secured services added to ArcGIS Online with stored credentials that are remapped to utility.arcgis.com are not transferred between ArcGIS Online organizational accounts when copying content from the Operations Dashboard of one Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online account to another using ArcGIS API for Python with Jupyter Notebook.

Workaround

1. Grab the URL from the ArcGIS Online organizational account A.
   1. Navigate to the ArcGIS Online organizational account.
   2. Select the Content tab. In the Contents page, open the Feature Layer.
   3. In the Item Details page for the Feature Layer, select the Settings tab.
   4. Scroll down to the Feature Layer section. Copy the URL.
2. Input the URL into the web map.
   1. Navigate to the ArcGIS Online organizational B.
   2. Select the Content tab. Select Add Item. Select From a URL.
   3. In Add an item from the web, enter the URL box. Enter in the title. Enter a tag. Select Add Item.
   4. Navigate to the web map. Select Open in Map Viewer. Select Add. Select Search for Layers. Add the feature layer created in Step B. Save the web map.
   5. The Operations Dashboard works correctly.
