Related data do not display in a pop-up in ArcGIS Online when an ArcGIS Server map service is added to ArcGIS Online and the relationship class is applied on one feature class and two feature layers are published referencing the same feature class.

Workaround

• Create two identical feature classes in the ArcSDE geodatabase instead of using one feature class.
• Create the relationship class for both the feature classes to the tables.
• Drag and drop both the feature classes into the table of contents and publish the service.
