Registering an Azure cloud store with Portal for ArcGIS 11.1, the environment drop-down does not populate.

Workaround

Login to Portal in ArcGIS Pro and add the cloud store connection there. But this only works in the newer versions such as the 11.1 version, the environment field is no longer part of registering a cloud store.
