Registering a layer derived from the raster output in a Python toolbox as a tool parameter using 'arcpy.SetParameterAsText()' prohibits the tool from overwriting the output file, resulting in "ExecuteError: Failed to delete raster dataset, Permission denied" errors despite setting 'arcpy.env.overwriteOutput' to True.
