Records collected from the ArcGIS Survey123 app for the Hydrant Inspection form do not display when the web map is opened in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic.

The reason for the behavior is due to a change in the feature service settings. Unless the Inbox is enabled or allowing sent surveys to be edited is enabled when a feature service is published from ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, the query operation is disabled. Since the query is disabled, the features are not displayed in Map Viewer Classic or the data table. Enabling updates on the feature service enable query and allow Map Viewer and data table to function correctly.
