Python script exported from model to Manage Map Server Cache Tiles will not run from the command prompt if the map service accessing layer name has a German character.

Workaround

- Launch IDLE (Python GUI)- Open the Python Script to the IDLE.- Open a command prompt and try to run the Python Script, this time it will run fine.
