Publishing mapping services containing layers with joins in ArcGIS Enterprise results in the advanced query capability being FALSE, unless the joined table is contained in the same map service.

Workaround

If the table or layer (from the same workspace) participating in the join is included in the service, the advancedQueryCapablities is TRUE for all ArcGIS Enterprise versions 10.9.1, 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3.
