Publishing a layer with default values in the attribute table from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Enterprise does not return the default values in templates.

Workaround

Following the workaround posted in the community, it was possible to recover the template, so other values were assigned ​​to the template and then return to the default values.

Redoing this in a project with several templates in use is unfeasible.
