Pressing Enter in a multi-line form field in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer causes the cursor to move to the next required field instead of inserting a new line.

Workaround

1. Fill in required fields before filling out the multiline text field.
2. Place required fields before the multiline text field in the configured form.
