Portal for ArcGIS is not accessible after uninstalling the Portal for ArcGIS Log4j Patch.

Workaround

A workaround without reinstalling the patch is to:

1) Stop Portal for ArcGIS. 

2) Manually copy the two files, 'log4j-api.jar' and 'log4j-core.jar' from the 

C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\framework\runtime\ds\framework\lib folder to the

C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\framework\runtime\ds\framework\runtime\elasticsearch\lib folder

3) Restart Portal for ArcGIS.
