Portal for ArcGIS does not display a clear error message when there is a mismatch between the license file and the portal configuration. Currently, the issue can only be identified by reviewing the warning messages in the debug logs. An explicit error message must be presented to the user in the interface to improve visibility and troubleshooting efficiency.
