Portal for ArcGIS 10.4 returns an empty response when attempting to create a new application in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder when ArcGIS Web Adaptor in Portal for ArcGIS contains the custom HTTP header, 'X-Content-Type-Options" Value: "nosniff"'.

Zusätzliche Informationen

Starting from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7, the system sends a nosniff HTTP header by default and this issue is no longer applicable or reproducible.

Workaround

Removing the custom header allows the application to be built in Portal for ArcGIS.
