Bug

Per RESTful API documentation, users should be able to execute an append against a hosted feature service through the API using a file geodatabase file. When the user attempts to do so, a message stating that this is not an eligible filetype is returned. The user also does not see this as an eligible filetype when they access the API through the restful endpoint in a browser. The user is using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.
