PDFs and JPEGs created from Esri Business Analyst Online (BAO) do not show labels as they are displayed on the map.

Currently imported item labels cannot be displayed in the Custom PDF report or Image. The ability to display imported items and business search labels on the Custom PDF report is a nice enhancement and is currently in the Business Analyst Product Backlog and will be implemented in a future release. The current work-around is to create a sceenshot image of the map.Workaround
