Only one feature is listed in the result of the Overlay tool in the Manage Data toolset of ArcGIS Online map viewer when there are more than two features intersecting each other in the same shapefile.

As designed. The overlay is doing a simple spatial join in this scenario. As a result, it does not bring over multiple attributes or make multiple points in the output. Instead, use the Spatial Join tool in ArcMap or Zonal Statistics depending on the needed analysis. The overlayed features could also be planarized so there is no overlap and attributed for those new parcels to then use the Overlay tool.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
