ObjectID becomes OID when using the Copy Rows tool with the output type .dbf, Table to dBase, or Table to Table with output type .dbf or .txt.

Workaround

This has been tested and is not reproducible with the following:- Copy Rows, with the output in a file geodatabase (no extension)- Copy Rows, naming the output as .txt- Features to JSON- Table to Excel- Table to Table, with the output in a file geodatabase (no extension)
