ArcGIS Pro is an application which takes advantage of the GPU which is why GeForce Experience reacts to this. The same experience is had in ArcGlobe with FRAPS or other GPU-evaluation tools. In any event, Esri does not have any control over what this third-party application does, and the behavior is modifiable as noted in the incident notes. Esri's application (ArcGIS Pro) is working as designed.Workaround
Disabling 'Share' from GeForce Experience causes the FPS overlay to disappear.
