Multiple single page PDFs are downloading from the Public Notification widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS applications when the 'Use Vector Fonts' option in the Notifications Option tab is unchecked.

This is as designed. The library used to generate the PDFs is only capable of generating Latin vector fonts. In order to support the many languages that the Web AppBuilder supports, it was necessary to use the browser to draw them in a canvas, then export the canvas to a PDF file. While it would be much better to have all pages in a single PDF, the PDF generation rapidly uses up browser memory and crashes the browser with just a few pages, and crashes in a way that the app is unable to catch or recover from.Workaround
Check the 'Use Vector Fonts' checkbox option under the Notification Options tab in the Configure Public Notification window.
