Mosaic datasets do not display in ArcMap 10.4 when there is a subtraction operation in the mosaic dataset's Band Arithmetic function.

Workaround

Replace the subtraction operation with +(-1). For example, instead of using: (0.4314*(B1/B3))-1, use: (0.4314*(B1/B3))+(-1).
