MOLE sybology with "Billboard" display option does not appear in ArcGIS Server clients (ArcCatalog, ArcGIS Explorer) when publishing ArcGlobe documents as Globe Services.

Within the layer properties of the MOLE graphics layer, use either Drape or Drape with Billboard display options. That is: Right Click on MOLE layer > Properties > 3D Display tab > set display option to "Draped" or "Draped and Billboard".Note: this did not work for existing *.3dd documents.
