Map Viewer fails to batch geocode a list of addresses in CSV with in-house geocode service if the values for 'Input Mappings' and 'Input Address Fields' are not mapped while creating a composite locator.

The issue is a duplicate of BUG-000132345 and is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7 or later.Workaround
Navigate to the properties of the composite locator. Set the values for 'Input Mappings' and 'Input Address Fields' for all the address locators participating in the composite locator.
