Map content in a mobile map package (.mmpk) with the ETRS 1989 UTM Zone 32 N coordinate system is not displayed in the Explorer for ArcGIS app (iOS).

Workaround

Re-project the entire map contents and set the general Map-settings in ArcGIS Pro to Web Mercator: 3857.
