Cache tools honour mosaic dataset settings to draw cache tiles from a map/ image service. Publisher needs to ensure that these requests are fulfiled.Workaround
1. Copy the imagery from the raster catalog to a mosaic dataset.2. Increase the Maximum Number of Rasters per Mosaic in the Mosaic Dataset Properties (default is 20).3. Republish the map service using the mosaic dataset and recreate the cache.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
