Long data type fields are interpreted incorrectly in the display filter if the symbology is based on the field in ArcGIS Online.

This is an expected behavior. When a Unique Value renderer is applied to a numeric field, it is used to generate types and templates for the layer. All values in the field are placed into categories that users can label differently. Therefore, applying a filter on the field is expected to return conditions specific to string fields.Workaround
Symbolize using a different field.
