Bug
Licensing for ArcGIS for Desktop 10.4 becomes corrupt on Microsoft Azure after stopping and starting the instance and receives the following error, "...license is in need of a repair operation." However, there is no option to repair the licenses.

This is a known limitation.Workaround
Workaround 1: 1. Login to Microsoft Azure. 2. Navigate to the Windows Start menu> All programs > ArcGIS > ArcGIS Administrator. 3. Reauthorize the licenses. 4. Check the Availability tab. 5. Launch ArcMap. Workaround 2: 1. Delete the Trusted Storage. 2. Authorize more licenses. 3. Launch ArcMap.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
