Layers in a web map have incorrect symbology options after the drawing order in ArcGIS Pro is changed and the Overwrite Web Layer option is selected.

Workaround

In ArcGIS Pro, arrange layers in the Content pane according to the layers in the web map when it is originally published. Check the REST Services Directory to confirm.
