Workaround

Instead of using the Access query table, create the query using the tables from cust_service_db_91505.mdb with the Make Query Table tool.1. Add the MeterBoxes.2. Add the 4 tables to ArcMap directly from the Access database.3. Use the Make Query Table tool to create the LocationIDs query in ArcMap.4. Join the query table to the MeterBoxes.
