Issue while deploying ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes on Red Hat OpenShift in an environment that contains worker nodes with a high number of CPU cores, as the arcgis-javascript-api pod spawns as many NGINX worker processes as there are CPU cores on the worker node it is running on.

Workaround
In the current state, increasing the memory limit for the deployment in the arcgis-enterprise.properties file prior to deployment is the best approach to allow adequate capacity for the large number of processes.
