Bug
ISpatialCacheManager.FillCache caches all the feature classes on the extent even though they are not opened by IFeatureWorkspace::OpenFeatureClass. Documentation says, "only those features from feature classes that have been explicitly opened using the IFeatureWorkspace::OpenFeatureClass method will be cached".
