Workaround

Install ArcGIS Server silently and specify the website ID to install to.For example: ' 'See 'Installing ArcGIS Server for the Microsoft .NET Framework silently':<a href="http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisserver/10.0/install_guide/arcgis_server_net_install_guide/index.html#/Installing_ArcGIS_Server_for_the_Microsoft_NET_Framework_silently/008900000014000000/" target="_blank">http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisserver/10.0/install_guide/arcgis_server_net_install_guide/index.html#/Installing_ArcGIS_Server_for_the_Microsoft_NET_Framework_silently/008900000014000000/</a>Note (added 8/3/11): the above workaround doesn't work if:1. Multiple Web Sites bound to the same port2. Web Sites also being bound to multiple hostnames
