Authentication limitation from a third-party component. As alternatives: Option 1: Use NTLM (Requires the user to manually Add Windows Username or Password). Option 2: Use Kerberos (Configured it automatically uses session login credentials).

Workaround

Enable autonomous authentication in ArcGIS Web Adaptor with Portal of ArcGIS.

Work through a direct connection to Enterprise portal.
