In the Esri Story Map Journal template, a feature pop-up window does not load correctly if the web map in the story map is inserted on the second page of the journal.

The classic templates are no longer under active development and are not recommended for new projects. No further updates to their capabilities are planned.Workaround
Navigate back to the first page of the Esri Story Map Journal template and back to the web map to load the pop-up correctly.
