Bug
In some cases SDO_ELEM_INFO_ARRAY is not constructed correctly when using the Add Laterals at Connections tool if the SDO Geometric Network data has different dimension information.

Create all feature classes in the Geometric Network with the same geometry properties (enabled or disabled M/Z values). For example if one feature class needs to use M values, all feature classes participating the Geometric Network must have M values enabled.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
