In ArcGIS Pro, the Select Layer by Attribute tool does not respect the comma delimiter when using German regional settings.

- Instead of pasting the mean, select an existing value and manually edit the entry near the delimiter in the SQL window.
- Change regional settings to the US or Switzerland.
