In ArcGIS Pro, it is not possible to copy a portion of a text value in a layer's attribute table using a mouse.

Workaround

• The whole value of a text field can be copied with the mouse by right-clicking the value rather than double-clicking into it. However, there are no workarounds known at this time to copy a partial text value with a mouse within the attribute table.
• Use the Attributes pane.
• Use keyboard shortcuts.
