In ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x, the Manage Tile Cache tool returns the error message, "Error 003418 The origin of the tiling scheme can only generate tile up to LOD (x). If more LODs are needed, please generate valid tiling scheme using 'Generate Map Cache Tiling Scheme' tool" is returned when implementing an extensible markup language (XML) file produced by the Generate Tile Cache Tiling Scheme tool, employing the automatically assigned tile origin.

To avoid returning the error message, "Error 003418 The origin of the tiling scheme can only generate tile up to LOD (x). If more LODs are needed, please generate valid tiling scheme using 'Generate Map Cache Tiling Scheme' tool" when using the Manage Tile Cache tool, set the 'Tile Origin in map units' parameter in the Generate Tile Cache Tiling Scheme tool manually. For instance, right-click a point feature to copy its coordinates:

The coordinates can also be derived via Layer Properties > Source > Extent. Set both x and y coordinates.

The Manage Tile Cache tool no longer returns the error message:
