In ArcGIS Online, the domain values containing the 'Less than' sign '<' with text are not displayed in the drop-down option when viewed in the attribute table and in the Data Tab on the Item details page.

Workaround

1. In Update Definition, replace the '<' sign with the 'Less than' text.
2. Add a space in between the sign and the text. For example, '< Test'.
3. Through the pop-up window in map view, add a value in the field.
