In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, when using time to progressively display features, zooming changes the symbology to the last record listed in the attribute table for the feature.

It is a known limitation in JSAPI that when you zoom in beyong 1 meter resolution, the layer fetches based on whatever order the service returned.Workaround
Use the Sort tool to permenantly reorder the fields based on the symbolized field in ascending order and the Date field in ascending order.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
