In ArcGIS Online, if a redirect URL is added to an existing OAuth application, a prompt is returned to add an application URL.

This issue is no longer reproducible and is addressed in the new release (Q1 2025).Workaround
Add more than one redirect URL. If more than one redirect URL is added during the initial creation of the OAuth application, an application URL is not needed.
