In ArcGIS Online, a CSV file exported from the item details page of a feature layer does not open in Excel with separate columns, while exporting the same layer from ArcGIS Experience Builder does.

Workaround

• Separate the columns in Excel using the Text to Columns option.
• Open the file from within Excel using the From Text or CSV option.

Note: Changing the Windows region setting to English before opening the CSV exported from the item details page in Excel resolves the issue. However, the CSV exported from Experience Builder then does not open correctly.
