In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the visibility of map layers can be controlled in several ways: Using the layer options in the Map widget and through the Map Layers widget by turning layers on or off in the web map using the data pane. If multiple pages are used in an application, it's common to reuse the same web map in different widgets and pages. However, the current setup does not allow the default layer visibility settings to be changed. For example, when adjusting the visibility of some layers in the Map Layer widget, save the app, and preview it, the visibility resets to the original settings of the web map.
