In ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1, the ArcGIS Experience Builder Print widget ignores a custom print service published from ArcGIS Pro 3.1.0 to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 as a web tool.

Workaround

Users can publish a print service from ArcGIS Pro 3.1 to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 picked up by the by ArcGIS Experience Builder Print widget using the option to Save the SD as an Offline Service Definition.

Then, use the Publish Service option in ArcGIS Server Manager to upload and publish the SD file as a geoprocessing service.

Adding the geoprocessing service to the ArcGIS Experience Builder Print widget via the URL to the Export Web Map, similar to in Web Application Builder, caused the service to be picked up correctly.
