Bug
In an ArcGIS Online web map, when the 'filter by map extent' is configured for a serial chart in Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS 6.2 based on an ArcGIS Server 10.6 feature service that is hosted in an Oracle database on Linux, the serial chart fails to display with the error message, "No Data."
