If the first attempt to download a Student Evaluation Edition piece of software fails and a second attempt is tried, it will be prevented by the following error: The Authorization Number (EVAXXXXXXXXX) that you entered is either invalid or has already been used.

Workaround

Have the client go to the <a href="http://www.esri.com" target="_blank">http://www.esri.com</a> website and follow the links to download the software through the 60-day trial, but make sure to inform the client to use their 365-day EVA number.
