If publishing from a Linux machine (using Python) to ArcGIS for Server on the same machine and using a file-based data store (also on the same machine), the analysis messages after creating the SDDraft report that data will be copied to the server.

1) Swizzle paths to have a Windows path for the publisher, and the Linux path for the Server, and publish from a Windows machine.2) Modifying the data store by adding Z:\ in front of the data store path and adding the server name to the data store appears to work in ArcGIS 10.2.2.Ex.Z:\<path to data store>Schritte zur Reproduzierung
