If ArcGIS Data Store is installed on any drive but C: drive in Windows (specifically any drive without NTFS 8.3 Name creation enabled), configuring the tile cache functionality in Datastore fails.

Workaround

Either install the ArcGIS Data Store on C: drive and point the data location to another drive or enable NTFS 8.3 name creation on the drive in question, or ensure the installation path on the non-C: drive does not contain spaces.
