Identify operations against map services containing raster datasets with a joined table that fail to return any results unless the Return Field Names parameter is set to True.

The team apologizes for being unable to address this issue within the current product support cycle. Upgrading to map services published from ArcGIS Pro to a newer release of ArcGIS Enterprise resolves this issue. If the issue continues to affect any work, please contact Esri Support Services. Please note that publishing a CSV file as a map service from ArcGIS Pro is not supported. Please copy that to a file geodatabase or other supported workspace. - Set Return Field Names to True, which is set to False by default.
