Workaround

Change the background drawing mode used by pop-ups. To enable the drawing mode, perform the following workaround:

1. In the registry editor, navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGISPro\Settings.
2. Add a DWORD Value registry key named as PopupBitmapDrawingMode.
3. Set the value to 1 to use the new drawing mode when viewing pop-ups.

Note: If ArcGIS Pro remains open during the above change, the user must close and reopen the pop-up to see the change. If no change is seen, restart computer.
